1st serving:

• 1 glass of natural orange wine from Marche in central Italy by “Molo Di Levante”
• Pimentos de padron
• Sardines in olive oil w/ focaccia, lemon zest & pickled shallots
• 1 oyster

2nd serving:

• 1 glass of Châteauneuf-du-Pape from 2019 by “Mont Redon”
• 2 chicken gyoza with teriyaki sauce
• 1 spicy tuna bite in crispy radish with chilli & soy
