This iconic cocktail has captured hearts across the globe, even inspiring its own international Negroni Week. During this week, bars worldwide serve both the classic Negroni and creative variations, all in support of a good cause.

Seaside is joining the festivities with a special Negroni menu. For the entire week, we’ll donate 50% of the proceeds from every Negroni sold to Den Blå Planet, helping to combat plastic pollution in our oceans.
