Naveed Kronholm has been running kitchens for 10 years in Denmark and abroad. He was brought up in Denmark, educated in France and has traveled around Asia. The kitchen at Seaside is inspired by the Mediterranean Sea and offers different dishes with fish – newly interpreted and with great respect for the fish. Just as the name is a creative version of the fish “Dorade”, the kitchen is playful and creative. Why? Because Naveed loves to break rules but without compromising on quality. For Naveed, each meal signifies a chance to create a moment of pleasure for his guests – this makes every meal worth the extra effort. Naveed has two kitchens at Seaside. Both are based on good ingredients, sustainability, and environment-friendly fish.
