Start the day at a gentle pace with a one-hour yoga session on the quay in front of Seaside. Here, we combine movement and mindfulness with beautiful views over Copenhagen Harbour, while the morning sun begins to appear.
The session is led by the experienced instructor Charlotte Fruergaard, who, with more than 30 years of teaching experience, will guide us through a balanced hour focused on strength and stretching.
After yoga, complimentary coffee and freshly pressed juice will be served, to be enjoyed in the company of fellow early risers. Surely there is no better way to start a summer day.
