Seaside is taking part in Madbillet’s new Sharing Festival!

From 24–30 August, we invite you to join us for a long-table dinner on the waterfront featuring our popular sharing menu. Look forward to a culinary journey through our seven kitchens. The menu showcases the very best seasonal ingredients, with each dish carrying the personal touch of its respective kitchen.

The menu is served family-style, so you can enjoy the different dishes together, just as sharing is meant to be. Expect great flavours, a sense of community around the table, and a late-summer atmosphere by the waterfront.

SHARING MENU – DKK 375

FIRST SERVING
Fresh rice paper rolls with salmon, vegetables & goma
Crispy ebi with chili mayo & sweet-and-sour sauce
Beef tartare with fries & mayo

SECOND SERVING
Fugazza – focaccia with caramelised onions, melted cheese & rocket
Traditional Greek salad
Four-cheese ravioli with butter sauce & sage
Chicken tacos with jalapeños & onions

WINE MENU – DKK 150
1 glass of Spumante with the first serving
1 glass of Pinot Noir (red) or Sauvignon Blanc (white) with the second serving
