Join us for Morning Yoga on the Pier
Come and revitalize both body and mind under the open sky as we invite you to free morning yoga on selected mornings. Breathe deeply and enjoy the view of the water as the morning sun peeks through. The instructor, Chalotte Fruergaard, will guide you through poses that challenge balance, strengthen, and stretch. The event is open to all levels and completely free. Just remember to bring your own yoga mat. We reserve the right to cancel in case of bad weather.
